“MITCA” scoring took place which meant the top three athletes per event per school earned points for the team.  Congratulations to Kinley Brown, Kaelyn Nesbitt, Alyssa Schuiling, and Mylee Stanton for also earning valuable points for the Eagles.

The Eagles will next compete at the Lakeview Invitational on April 17.

The Lady Eagles took to the indoor track at GVSU for the first meet of the young 2026 season.  Kent City was one of 39 schools and competition was stiff.  However, Addison Korcal and Zoe Cato started the year with personal bests in the shot put!  Addi threw 32'3" for 4th and Zoe was right behind with 32' 0.25" for 5th.  Shelby Zimmer soared to 15'0" in the long jump, snatching the 7th place medal.
